Throwback Thursday: wunderkindA hundred years ago, the Yale Alumni Weekly brought the news that Robert Maynard Hutchins ’21 was the new secretary of the university at the tender age of 23. Hutchins went on to get his law degree at Yale while keeping his day job, then served two years as dean of the Law School before becoming president of the University of Chicago at age 30.
