That’s a wrapPremiering on Broadway yesterday (that’s New Haven’s Broadway): Junzi Kitchen, a quick-service restaurant featuring bings—Chinese wraps—and noodle dishes. The founders, Yong Zhao ’08MES, ’15MPhil; Ming Bai ’13MFA; and Wanting Zhang ’11MES; met at Yale and bonded around the food they grew up with in northern China. “For American palates this is uncharted territory,” their website promises, “full of funky depths and bright heights.”
